United StatesI use this pod to enclose my ATTO mobility scooter for the winter. (I cut a slit in the floor of the pod so I can put the steering column and the power controls inside the pod - Because I can now zip the front door entirely shut, the pod keeps my hands warmer and the equipment dry.) I appreciate the under the weather pod...it helps me get to work in all kinds of weather. That's not all it can do...I have even put my golden retriever in the pod with me when he got wet and cold on the picket line. In heavy rain, I stay dry - a few drips came through the ceiling but I think that was because I touched the roof in the rain and did not have a roof cover in place. In 32 degrees, I need only a light jacket and even my feet stayed warm for almost an hour. On the picket line, I used a hand warmer on my feet after that hour but never had to resort to using the sleeping bag. I bought a second pod so I can enjoy the sun outdoors. I lay it on the side and recline in my back yard sanctuary or on the front porch. Because it is clear, I can watch the flora and fauna in my surroundings and the clouds in the sky too. It keeps me out of the wind and reduces the chance of sunburn. I generally burn in 10 minutes but not inside my pod! I can also use my pod to star gaze at night safe from tics and mosquitoes. I am very happy with my purchase.

My first pod had zippers that opened the side doors completely. Why does the right side only half? Not practical when I need the right door to open.
Hi Claudette, Your first order was for a MyPod, which is a different style of pod than the OriginalPod that you recently ordered. The MyPod is very similar to the Original Pod. The base is a little smaller, but the sides don’t taper inward as you move upward, giving it the same amount of “elbow room.” The Original pod has a front door and side windows. The MyPod has three doors.
I use it for a light weight, easy, quick set up for backpacking as a tent. Also use as a porty poddy to keep bugs away while i do my business. When it's raining i can still sit out n enjoy nature. And lastly I use it for my nephews sportig events
