The ShieldPod™ comes in two sizes, adult in neutral gray trim and the Mini sized for littlest family members, pre-school to 10 years, in kid-approved royal blue or pink trim. Originally developed to help protect healthcare workers from possible exposure it also caught the attention of regular folks and business owners so we modified the style to accommodate everyone. This lightweight protective barrier pops open in seconds for added peace of mind while you’re out and about, social distancing, or on the job. And while it's designed for inside use, it can be worn outside but isn’t weatherproof.
Adjustable backpack and waist straps keep the Pod in place. Clear panels give a 270° view of your surroundings. Spacious armholes and raised, zippered front offer full range of movement. The uses are endless—the classroom, public transportation, healthcare, work stations, family outings or celebrations, visits to grandparents, car pools, day care, and more.

I absolutely love the Shield Pod. It fits comfortably on me, and all of the straps are adjustable. I am short, so I needed to adjust the straps a lot, but it fits me perfectly. It will also fit someone who is much taller than me as well. The arm holes are wide so your arms will fit through the holes with no issues. You can wear a jacket if needed and still have room to move. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Great for Covid.
I’m a commuter and feel very safe from covid wearing this along with a mask. Comfortable to sit and stand with it on. Easy to collapse and carry. Worth every penny! My spouse has one too for future plane travel. We’d even consider dining in public with it on! Thank you UTW for the great design, timing and price point!
